We had chicken pot sticks,my boyfriend had a peach mojito, and I had a taro boba smoothie. Everything tasted amazing. The place was nice and clean, customer service was great!

I love their roasted brown sugar snowy drink here. With boba. it's always a plus when customer service here is on point

First time here, and we loved it. Super fast service and delicious boba tea! I had the coffee boba and my daughter had the Thai iced tea boba. We plan to be back regularly.

Seriously!!!! This place has such an amazing customer service that I feel I need to continue to share this experience to this Yelp Community!! The BEST of all Boba places I had been to!! The atmosphere totally nice and relaxing and spacious!!!!!! Some other Boba places are so small and no room to move. Of course, their boba is delicious and they have Loyalty check in too, for points.

If you want an affordable drink, you can come here, you honestly don't need to upgrade to their large as their regular sizing is a 25oz cup Quality is fine, not the best, but not the worst. You honestly get what you pay for, a solid drink with great sizing Downside is that their sweetness for drinks feels inconsistent when ordering something with less sweet, my 75% can feel too sweet and my 50% can feel like nothing at all. 75% is pretty safe for sweetness i would say :) I'll come back again forsure Cozy, but can be loud depending on how many people are there. Nice place with a good amount of seating in there

Iv been coming to Bon Bon for years I'm so glad to have seen them grow to opening new locations. I love the staff and I'm always glad to be able to connect with them whenever I go in. They're have so many drinks to choose from and they have some food items that you can pair with your drink. The fries are always crispy and have the right amount of spice. I love the new coaches that you can lounge in while you enjoy your drinks. They have wifi too so you can bring your laptop and get some work done while you have your drink and have snack to boost your energy.

I forgot to take drink photos!! Nonetheless, here's my quick review: I got the classic milk tea with 75% sweetness, 75% ice, and taro pudding. Service was solid (nice, friendly, and patient), and our order came out quickly! I didn't really ask what my friend thought of her drink... I guess I was too preoccupied with my own. The classic milk tea at 75% sweetness was still a little too sweet for me - I suspect that's because it came with boba (which I didn't realize until I started drinking!). I'd go with 50% sweetness if you get boba with your drink and you don't like your drinks super sweet. Unfortunately, the taro pudding had a little skin, which was also a little grainy, so I'd stick with the boba, which was solid! I do wish I'd tried their Szechuan fries, so I'll have to make sure I get that next time I come by!

Fire location. Fire services. Fire boba. The Winnetka location used to be my go to location. After they closed, the Chatsworth location became my #1 for boba. The staff are very friendly and the boba is always delicious as always. This establishment is really convenient for me as it is only 1.2 miles away from my house. Literally just down the street XD. This place is great for those who need to control their A1C / hyperglycemia as you can control the percentage of sugar you want in your boba. This place never disappoints.

It's a shame the original location was closed down, but this location has a better layout. Lots of tables and couch available for customers making it very homey and cozy. Drinks are amazing as always and the prices are great for the quantity/quality. The food is also good. **If you get the fries with some spice, the heat builds up, so be cautious of the size. Like the original location, this Bon Bon has a spacious shared parking lot, but I've noticed that it does not have as much traffic. It's easy to get to and park at.
